Physicians Preferred Monitoring, LLC

Terms of Use

Effective 8 September 2026

This website is general information about a monitoring service. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a doctor–patient relationship with anyone at Physicians Preferred Monitoring.

Not medical advice

Nothing here should be used to diagnose a condition, decide on treatment, or delay seeking care. Decisions about your health belong with your own physician, who knows your history. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. This website is not monitored, and no one will see a message you leave here in time to help.

What we try to do, and what we cannot promise

We aim to keep this site accurate and current. We cannot promise it is free of error or that it will always be available, and we may change or remove what is on it without notice.

Our service is described here, not offered here

This site describes what our monitoring service does. It is not an offer of service, and nothing on it enrolls anyone or forms an agreement. Enrollment happens through the arrangements described to a participant directly, and depends on eligibility, a physician's authorization, and a written service agreement.
